Hosting funder networks and programmes
Philanthropy has lasting impact when we work together with shared purpose. Our hosted programmes collaborate on a range of human rights issues.
Our philanthropic hosted programmes have collaboration at their heart. They are ongoing programmes which foster long-term, dedicated commitment from established funder networks. We host programmes initiated and established outside Global Dialogue and we partner with groups of donors to create jointly hosted programmes.
Each of our hosted programmes is governed by a Management Committee, Advisory Board or Steering Group, usually comprised of donors to the initiative. A Hosting Agreement governs the relationship between the Global Dialogue Board of Trustees and the programme board and staff. Programme directors report to the Global Dialogue Board of Trustees, via the Global Dialogue executive director.
Ariadne
Ariadne is a network of European social change and human rights funders who work together to strengthen philanthropy, help funders act strategically, and encourage new donors to enter the field with maximum impact.
Migration Exchange
Migration Exchange is an informal network of independent funders. We inform public debate on migration and support efforts to create welcoming communities.

Funder’s Initiative for Civil Society
FICS was established in 2016 to develop a strategic funders’ response to the systemic challenge of closing civil society space. We facilitate learning opportunities and collective action, building innovative ways for funders to support a healthy civil society.

UK LGBTI Donor Initiative is a UK based individual donor community with and for donors supporting equal rights of LGBTI people globally. We are one of the first initiatives of its kind in the UK focused on LGBTI social justice causes.
